Logistics and Visa Requirements for GIANT PRAWN 2025 in China

Visa Requirements
All delegates traveling to China for GIANT PRAWN 2025 must obtain a proper visa before arrival. Please review the following information carefully:
- Visa Type: Most delegates will require an M visa for business activities
- Application Process: Limited to the first 30 registrants (separate registration required).
- Complete the online visa application form at https://visaforchina.org - Print and sign the visa application form
- Submit your passport and required documents to the nearest Chinese visa application center
- Required Documents: Valid passport with at least 6 months remaining validity and blank visa pages - Completed and signed visa application form - Recent passport photo - Invitation letter issued by the conference organizers - Round-trip flight itinerary and hotel reservation
- **Processing Time: - Standard service: 4 business days - Express service: 2-3 business days (additional fees apply)
- Application Deadline: Submit your visa application at least 2 months before the event to allow for processing time
- Travel Logistics
- Flights: Book your flights to arrive in China on or before June 7, 2025, and depart on or after June 12, 2025. 2.
- Airport Transfers: Information on airport transfers will be provided closer to the event date
- Accommodation: A list of recommended hotels near the conference venue will be available on the event website
- Local Transportation: Details on transportation options between the hotel and conference venue will be provided in your delegate information pack
- Important Notes - Ensure your passport is valid for at least 6 months beyond your planned stay in China. Check with your local Chinese embassy or consulate for the most up-to-date visa requirements, as they may vary by country. Consider purchasing travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances- Be prepared to provide additional documentation if requested by Chinese authorities.
